STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
Once payment is made for any Qurbani service, it is strictly:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-changeable
This applies without exception to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Errors in intention or naming
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Illness or emergency
• Visa issues
• Missed deadlines
• Dissatisfaction with personal expectations
WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS
This strict policy is necessary due to the nature of our service:
• Livestock is procured in advance based on confirmed orders
• We enter into fixed contracts with suppliers and abattoirs
• Slaughter schedules are time-sensitive and occur only during the prescribed days of Qurbani (10th, 11th, and 12th of Dhul Hijjah)
• Animals cannot be "returned" or reallocated once designated
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By proceeding with payment, you:
• Confirm you have read and understood this policy
• Accept full responsibility for your booking
• Expressly waive any right to chargeback, cancellation, or refund request
• Acknowledge that all sales are final
COMPLAINTS
Complaints may be submitted in writing within 7 days of the Qurbani period ending to info@houseofqurbani.com. However, complaints do not entitle customers to refunds or compensation.
